PERSONNEL SEARCH–CURRICULA MANAGEMENT
Stipa S.r.l. develops the treatment of data activity relatively to people that apply to it for the search of employment. We inform that the data from you freely submitted, contained in the curricula vitae spontaneously sent or in answer to a specific announcement of personnel search and gathered by the company, included the sensible one, are acquired and treated in papery form and/or on magnetic support, electronic or telex, with the only purpose to evaluate the possible interest to a future constitution of a contractual relationship to resolve in the content. Your data can be communicated, with such term we intend to give knowledge of it to one or more determined subject, to the employees in the personnel department of Stipa S.r.l. company. The data will be treated until to a maximum of twelve months from the moment of the receipt of the curriculum vitae and will be subsequently cancelled. The treatment will be marked by the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and of guardianship of your Reservation and your Rights. The curricula without an explicit consent to the treatment will be immediately destroyed in case they contains sensitive data (suitable to reveal the racial and ethnic origin, the religious convictions, philosophical or of other kind, the political opinions, the adhesion to parties, unions, associations or religious, philosophical, political or union organizations as well as personal data suitable to reveal the state of health and the sexual life) with reference to the art. 23 del Legislative Decree196/2003, The consent has to be express with the following wording or analogous wording: “I Authorize Stipa S.r.l. company to the treatment of the sensitive data ex art. 23 of the D. Lgs. 196/03 from me indicated with the only purpose of search and personnel selection accordingly to the informative received”. The conferment of the data from the candidate is optional. The only consequence of the missed communication of the same will be constituted by the impossibility to consider the candidacy of the party within a procedure of selection. The acquired data will be exclusively treated for the activity of personnel search developed for the own business demands. Your data won’t be diffused and won’t be used for other aim but the ones specified in the present Informative on the personal data protection. As regards the data themselves, you can practise the rights expected by the art. 7 of the D. Lgs. n. 196/2003 that is completely quoted at the end of this page, so that you can acquire full knowledge of it.
