Martini Linea Gelato, the ice cream division of the Unigrà Food Group, is at the 43rd edition of Sigep, the most important show for artisanal ice cream and the art of desserts, scheduled 12-16 March@ Rimini Fiera.
The exhibition booth designed by Claudio Ticca Studio and setup by Stipa, is the perfect “oasis of taste” hosting 4 corners of product novelties: Pastry-Gelato Shop with traditional pastry flavors and ice cream version bakery; The Chocolate Factory with chocolate and cream spreads; Beach Bar for summer products; Wellness Garden, the green corner for dry and dried fruits products.
There is also the area for Unica Food Innovation School, Unigrà skilled training school and an open laboratory for ice cream finger food and Easter products.
